The Charter Desk is the customer-facing name of this website. A Delaware, United States operating entity is proposed. Its registered name, filing details and business address have not yet been confirmed here.

This notice does not represent that a company called The Charter Desk has been incorporated, registered or licensed. The confirmed contracting entity and its contact details must be supplied before a customer is asked to enter an agreement or pay.

The former business’s address, insurance statements and contractual commitments are not statements about The Charter Desk.

Browsing is the beginning

You can explore yachts, compare the information shown and send an enquiry about a possible trip. Saving a yacht, choosing dates or submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a yacht or create a confirmed charter.

Availability and the identity of the proposed supplier need checking for the particular yacht, departure week and party. Please wait for the relevant written offer before making commitments based on a listing.

Know what the number includes

Listing prices help you compare options. They are not a complete invoice. A written offer should identify its currency, the charter period, included services and any mandatory additional costs.

Ask for the treatment of fuel, marina charges, crew, provisioning, taxes, security deposits and optional extras. Display-currency conversion is a viewing aid; the offer must state the amount and currency actually payable.

What must be settled first

Before making a payment, obtain the supplier’s legal identity, the proposed agreement, payment instructions and the conditions for confirming your booking. The written documents should explain who supplies the yacht and who receives each payment.

No universal deposit percentage, balance deadline, cancellation scale, refund entitlement or insurance cover is promised by this interim notice. Those details must be agreed for the actual offer, subject to applicable law.

If payment instructions change, verify them through an independently established contact route before sending funds.

Plan around the real requirements

Check the departure arrangements, passenger limits, skipper qualifications and travel requirements for your chosen trip. Any itinerary depends on the agreed arrangement and the conditions encountered.

Ask the supplier what cover applies to the yacht and charter. Check your own travel arrangements and insurance separately; this website does not certify that a particular policy covers your party or activities.
